About the Barrie Photo Club

Founded in 2008, the Barrie Photo Club is a non-profit club located in the area of Barrie, Ontario. Since 2008, the club has grown from just 13 members to over 130 active members with a wide age range from early teens to seniors.

Open to everyone, of all skill levels, the club meets on a monthly basis on the last Thursday of each month**, from 7pm to 9.30pm  at the Southshore Community Centre. Free Parking. **
At most meetings we invite guest speakers from around the Toronto and Simcoe County area.

Barrie Photo Club aims to create and maintain an active photographic community which supports members in their growth and development as photographers and provides varied opportunities for gaining new knowledge, skills, development, technical improvement, expansion of perspective, sharing of photographic art and enjoyment of the craft.
